  • Equipment

    Spinning and moulding machines, skimmer, work-top, refrigerated display, tank of salt water and production waters, and various other equipment.


  • The waters of production, rich in derivative fats from the curd are collected in a tank and subsequently put through the skimmer thus obtaining rough cream. Pasteurising the cream, one can obtain original products like stracciatella and burrata.
